Weight Loss Day 1.
First Stage Goal: 65kg.
Today's weight (early morning, on an empty stomach): 71.5 kg
Breakfast: one egg, four dumplings, six small tomatoes.

Lunch: Half a hot pot, several small tomatoes, one chicken leg, two eggs, 4 shrimp.

This is lunch I prepared myself!

As a result, my manager came and gave me eight hot pots~ They are the obstacles on my weight loss journey!! Oh my god!!
Dinner: Try not to eat.
I was invited to do exercise with friends, I'm not someone who loves to exercise, exercise is never something I can stick to! Let's do it!
