Yelan Korean Ethnic Classic Soy Potato Recipe: A Simple and Delicious Home-Style Dish

The ingredients in this dish are very simple, as long as you master the techniques, you can definitely succeed and make it delicious and satisfying!

Step 1: Use fresh small peppers (if the peppers are too large, you can cut them into smaller pieces). Use small potatoes (the smaller the potatoes, the better).
Wash them and set them aside.

Step 2: Slice garlic and scallions into large chunks and set them aside.

Step 3: Choose an appropriate amount of beef or pork (depending on your preference) and cut it into chunks and set it aside.

Step 4: All ingredients are prepared.
