Quarantine Day 22, my breakfast is simple and doesn't waste anything, still based on noodles. I ate leftover buns this morning, plus pan-fried dumplings I fried this morning, it's fragrant and delicious, especially nutritious and filling, and I took a picture to share with friends, who all envied it. Now that there's breakfast to eat during this special period, it's really a happy thing. But my husband complained that I was still eating this stuff? Oh well, maybe I've eaten a lot of noodles lately, so he's getting tired of it.

Pan-fried dumplings:

Last week I bought two bags of dumplings, thinking I'd cook them to eat when I didn't know what to eat. Now that I'm home and can't go out, eating three meals a day is really headache-inducing. Some netizens said, 'I'm so worried that my heart, spleen, lungs and liver are all hurting because of worrying about what to eat.'

Dumpling: Bring water to a boil, after boiling, add two times of water, cook until the dumplings float to the top, scoop out the dumplings and pan-fry them until golden brown, it tastes better this way.

Non-vegetable egg custard:

These buns I made yesterday, six were left over and I used them for breakfast this morning. One person eats one bun, plus pan-fried dumplings and a bowl of kelp egg soup, which is very satisfying.

Put the buns in the pot, cover the lid, after boiling, steam for five minutes until cooked through.

I have a large package of kelp at home, my friend sent it last year, and I haven't eaten it until now. Now it's just in time to use it. I think I can eat it for half a month. Recently, I've been eating a lot of noodles at home, so I always match it with this soup, which is really delicious.

Many friends told me that during this period of time when I'm staying at home and can't go out, I usually solve breakfast and lunch together. First, I sleep in a lot, and second, I reduce going out.
