Evening News (Nanjing Evening News/Ai Nanjing Reporter Lu Bin) This year, due to the low water level of Shijiu Lake in Lishui District, the swans arrived later than in previous years. Now, Shijiu Lake has once again become a beautiful swan lake. Swans from Siberia, the shores of Baikal Lake, and Xinjiang have chosen to stay in Shijiu Lake, attracted by the water quality and surrounding natural environment. Currently, the water level of Shijiu Lake has decreased, expanding the wetland area and increasing the abundance of aquatic plants and aquatic food, which has led to the swans gradually settling into Shijiu Lake for their stay.
