On February 16th at 8:00 PM, the police station received a report from a citizen who found a small bird that couldn't fly properly. After receiving the alarm, the police checked the bird's body surface and found that the bird's beak was particularly short, its feathers were gray-brown, and its wings were not injured, but the bird was weak and unable to fly normally. Subsequently, the police contacted local Forest Public Security Bureau for assistance in treatment. It was then determined that the bird was a national level protected animal, the Red Kite. Currently, the Red Kite has been handed over to the local Forest Public Security Bureau for custody and treatment.
