For city dwellers, to see giant pandas, you can only go to the zoo, but in some villages in Sichuan, giant pandas will occasionally 'visit' the village.' On April 6th, a giant panda came to Miyalu Village, Ji'er Township, Aba Prefecture, and Captain Li Dayifu introduced: 'This giant panda is the second time it has come to our village!'

At around 14:00 on April 6th, Gao Jingyun was resting at home in Miyalu Village, Ji'er Township. He was watching the hillside, searching for his cattle. Suddenly, a black and white animal entered his sight. Gao Jingyun rubbed his eyes, took a closer look, and it wasn't a giant panda?
'Panda has arrived, panda has arrived!' Gao Jingyun shouted excitedly. At this time, Li Yongcheng, the platoon leader of the militia company, who was working nearby, also came over. The two observed the giant panda's movements while reminding the villagers not to approach.

↑Staying for two hours
Gao Jingyun called the local forestry police to report the incident, and also reported it to the village cadres. The news of the giant panda's appearance spread throughout the village. Many employees of the Jiewo Zhuangyan Cooperative in Xiaolin, Xinzheng Town, also witnessed the process of the giant panda entering the village and took photos of the scene on their phones.
'Pandas are not afraid of people, they wander around and bask in the sun.' Li Dayifu introduced that to ensure the safety of the villagers, he asked the villagers to watch the giant panda from a distance, and the distance between the villagers and the giant panda was maintained at more than 20 meters.
'This panda is the second time it has come to the village. It came to the village for two hours last week.' Li Dayifu introduced that the last time it was discovered was on March 31st, and the giant panda stayed in the village for two hours.
The militia platoon leader Li Yongcheng introduced that around 10:00 am, Li Yongcheng's uncle, Wang Denghua, was releasing cattle on the mountain. When Wang Denghua was looking for cattle, he found that a newly born calf was bitten to death by an animal. 'Three legs of the calf were eaten, we suspected it was a panda.' When Wang Denghua was looking for cattle, he accidentally encountered the giant panda. The giant panda followed Wang Denghua, 'my uncle saw the panda and ran into the village, his hat fell off.' That's why there were previous media reports of sheep being bitten by pandas. Villagers suspected that the newly born calf was bitten to death by the panda, but there was no evidence.
On the afternoon of April 6th, the giant panda stayed for about two hours. The local forestry police arrived at the scene to investigate and understand the situation after receiving a report from the villagers.
