United Nations Issues Stamps Featuring Endangered Animals
This is a poster of a series of endangered species stamps taken at the United Nations headquarters in New York on February 18.
On November 17, the United Nations Postal Union issued the 27th edition of the endangered species series in cooperation with the Convention on the Protection of Migratory Wild Animals. Designed by Portuguese designer Sandra Massieira, this set of stamps features a variety of animals from around the world, including the whale shark, Andean flamingo, Dalmatian pelican, Egyptian vulture, Tibetan wild ass, etc.
