Turtle as Big as a Car, Do You Dare?
BBC reported that giant tortoise fossils the size of cars were discovered in Colombia and Venezuela, South America. These tortoises lived approximately 13 million to 700 million years ago.

Its size was approximately equivalent to a car in size and weight, living in the large wetlands throughout northern South America. It fed on a variety of small animals, vegetation, fruits, and seeds.

Archaeologists are working
The male tortoises had horns on the sides of their shells. Deep scars found in the fossils suggest that the tortoise horns may have been used as spears against opponents.
