Pink Starlings: The 'Nemesis' of Grasshopper Locusts

Since early summer 2019, tens of thousands of pink starlings have migrated to the Altai Mountains in Xinjiang, China, to forage on locusts and breed. Pink starlings are a key force in Xinjiang grassland ecological control, effectively controlling locusts' erosion of the grassland.XinHua News
