This patrol monitored 25 species of waterbirds more than 7100, including 2900+ over Yellow-billed Ducks, Brown-headed Gulls, Glaucous Gulls, Common Cormorants, and Common Cormorants have nested on Cormorant Island; Greater Flounders 90+; Compared with the same period last year, the total number of migratory waterbirds in Qinghai Lake has decreased, mainly due to the large differences in the number of Red-crested Pochard and Hooded Pochard.
Przewalski's horses are in the breeding period, affected by distance, light and Przewalski's horse camouflage color, it is difficult to distinguish between male and female, monitored 2900+ Przewalski's horses, divided according to county: 200+ in, 1100+ in, 1500+ in, 100+ in; divided according to Qinghai Lake National Nature Reserve area: more than 900 in the reserve area, 2000+ outside the reserve area; Compared with the same period last year, the overall number of flagship species of Qinghai Lake, Przewalski's horse, has increased, and the population development is stable.
