According to foreign media reports on February 5th, recently, the Gordon Fire Station in New South Wales, Australia, uploaded a special rescue video on social media: A firefighter performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation on a drowning lizard and finally saved the little guy.
The social media post said, 'Local time last Saturday, one of our firefighters on leave was involved in an emergency rescue during a drowning accident near a swimming pool.'

The hero of this special rescue – the little lizard fell into the pool and couldn't climb out. It was rescued to the shore by children. When the firefighter arrived, the little lizard was unconscious and not breathing.
The firefighter observed the lizard for a moment and immediately began performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
After the cardiopulmonary resuscitation was ineffective, the firefighter flipped the lizard's back down and performed chest compressions in the hope of seeing the lizard react.
After more than ten minutes of effort, people thought the little guy was in bad shape, but this lucky little guy was saved.
In less than half an hour, the little lizard began chasing insects in a ray of sunshine.
