This is the Most Beautiful Cherry Blossom Avenue in Xi'an! 2 Kilometers Long, Fewer Crowds, Beautiful Scenery – Have You Been?
This is Xiao Yu's travel diary, wandering and exploring with me. Let's explore Xi'an together.

Spring is a season of vibrant blooms – a sea of purple and red flowers. As the old saying goes, 'One flower blooming alone is not spring.' Starting from the end of February, with the gentle spring breeze, cherry blossoms, canola flowers, peach blossoms, and plum blossoms… one after another, they grace the landscape, attracting countless visitors eager to enjoy the beauty of spring blossoms.
However, among all these flowers, visitors seem particularly fond of cherry blossoms. Every spring, famous cherry blossom viewing spots like Wuchang Lake in Wuhan, Qianjiatai in Wuxi, Qingshan Temple in Xi'an, and Jiming Temple in Nanjing are always bustling with crowds. Now, with the cherry blossoms in full bloom, many people are starting to feel 'spring fever.' Where do you plan to go to admire cherry blossoms this year?

In Xi'an, besides Qingshan Temple, many streets are lined with cherry blossom trees. I 'discovered' a quiet and beautiful 'cherry blossom avenue' – approximately 2 kilometers long, with cherry blossom trees densely planted on both sides, a truly captivating sight.
It's – Qujiang Pool West Road. Actually, there are several 'cherry blossom avenues' in Xi'an's downtown area, such as the one along Gongyi Second Road and the one in Xi'tai University. Personally, I find Qujiang Pool West Road to have a particularly high aesthetic quality.
Firstly, this road is relatively long, about 2 kilometers, giving it a real 'avenue' feel. Secondly, it's less crowded, with two rows of cherry blossom trees planted in neat rows along both sides, which is both dense and without any other trees interrupting the view. From a visual perspective, it's completely a 'pink avenue.'

Here, you won't find the crowds at Qingshan Temple. Walking along it, you can pause and appreciate the beauty of the cherry blossoms for a long time.

Qujiang Pool West Road is surrounded by many 'major' attractions, such as Qin Second Emperor's Tomb Park, Qujiang Palace Site Park, and Qujiang Cold Kiln Workshop – all places with deep cultural heritage. Furthermore, these attractions are also free to visit.
You can walk or cycle from Qujiang Pool West Road to several attractions. Cycling might be even more relaxed and enjoyable. With the beautiful spring weather, if you enjoy hiking or cycling, I highly recommend taking a spring outing and enjoying a day trip here.
If you want to visit the most beautiful cherry blossom avenue on Qujiang Pool West Road, you can take Metro Line 4 to 'Qujiang Pool West' D exit, and walk east for about 300 meters, and you'll be there. Then, you can start your cherry blossom viewing journey.
So, have you ever been to Qujiang Pool West Road's cherry blossom avenue? What do you think of the scenery? Now is the best time to go spring outing and enjoy cherry blossoms. Do you know any other small-scale tourism routes in Xi'an that you recommend?
