Day Trip to Taiyi Palace, Cuiwa Mountain
Driving from Xi'an Lianhu District for an hour to discover that reservations are required to enter Cuiwa Mountain, communication was fruitless, so we returned to explore along the mountain road. The car climbed the slope for ten minutes to reach the peak of Xingyuan Mountain, with many beautiful farmhouse constructions in the middle, it would be very comfortable to live here in summer, and you can see groups of mountains and the Mingkong Zen Temple on the opposite side from the summit.
After eating at the summit, we descended to a small stream to pick up stones and play in the water, enjoying three hours of play in the sunny stream, it's very pleasant to play without entering the scenic area in summer!
