For many years, I have developed a habit of keeping various securities and tickets. Among the securities I have preserved, the 'Zhongguo Yi Dai Zhi Wei' (Zhongguo Yi Dai Zhi Wei) visit ticket is especially cherished by me. Whenever I have leisure time, I take these things out to flip through and look at, which always evokes many beautiful memories.
It was several years ago when I stayed in Shanghai for a while. I took the subway to the Huangpi North Road station and went specifically to No. 374 'Zhongguo Yi Dai Zhi Wei Memorial Hall'.
'Zhongguo Yi Dai Zhi Wei Memorial Hall' is a brick-wood structure building, one-story, a traditional Shikumen residence, the birthplace of the Communist Party of China. The First National Congress, held on July 23, 1921, marked the formal establishment of the Communist Party of China. The Congress discussed the political situation at the time, the Party's main tasks, and the Party's organizational principles. It passed the Party's first program and elected the Party Central Committee's leadership agency.
'The First National Congress' ('The First National Congress') significance: The Communist Party of China not only represented the interests of the working class but also the interests of the whole Chinese nation. Its founding was a historic event in Chinese history. Since the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Chinese revolution has achieved victory after victory.
In 1961, the 'Zhongguo Yi Dai Zhi Wei' was listed as the first batch of 'National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units' by the State Council. In June 1997, it became a 'National Patriotism Education Demonstration Base', and in September of the same year, it was selected into the first list of '20th Century Architectural Heritage' of China.

Visiting 'Zhongguo Yi Dai Zhi Wei' has been my long-held wish. When I was in middle school, whether it was carving steel plates, writing posters, or decorating galleries, I always used 'Zhongguo Yi Dai Zhi Wei' patterns as materials. When I took the provincial college entrance examination in 1985, I systematically studied the 'Zhongguo Yi Dai Zhi Wei' history.
Today, after reading this ticket, it has also evoked my past memories, so I wrote this short article.

(This is a diary written after returning from the visit)
