On March 17th at 14:00, a total of 342 members of Shandong Province's Fourth and Eighth Aid Teams to Hubei arrived back in Shandong on two Shandong Airlines charter flights. Upon arrival at Jinan Yaoqiao Airport, the medical teams will be concentrated in Qiqihar's Arkadia International Hot Spring Hotel for quarantine and rest.

As one of the two designated hotels, Arkadia International Hot Spring Hotel has 353 guest rooms, guaranteeing all medical personnel will be in single rooms, and all emergency supplies, including washbasins, slippers, shampoos, and shower gels, have been purchased. During their stay in the hotel rooms, in addition to drinking water and towels, a set of disposable tableware has been prepared on each desk, and meals will be delivered to the door of each room by the hotel at regular times, allowing team members to isolate and eat in their rooms.
