Xishuangbanna Rongsheng Hilton Yilin Resort Hotel to Exit Hilton Management

I recently saw news reports stating that a continuous three-month period of no income has led countless tourism companies and practitioners to face the crisis of bankruptcy and unemployment. According to Qichacha data, as of March 25th, in 2020, a total of 11,268 tourism-related enterprises were deregistered or had their business licenses revoked in China.

Furthermore, the hotel industry currently has a portion of hotels still in a suspended operation state, and I am also concerned about the potential withdrawal of hotels and even their closure. Hilton Group has already clearly indicated on its English website thatXishuangbanna Rongsheng Hilton Yilin Resort Hotel will exit Hilton management on April 14th, and the hotel is currently in a suspended operation state.

The hotel opened in 2015, together with Crown Holiday Hotel and Wanda Wenhua Hotel, all located in the Jinghong Rongsheng International Resort. I stayed there in June last year, and I was impressed by the hotel's generosity towards Diamond members, including upgrades to suites, complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and a wine lounge package. The front desk recognized Diamond cards, offered warm welcomes, and quickly processed check-in, and a concierge service delivered guests to their rooms. The hotel's building is in a U-shape, with suites located on the front.

Welcome fruit was delivered to the guest room in the evening. Surprisingly, upon returning from the Dai Show, they also prepared a night bed drink, perhaps mango sticky rice.

The afternoon tea provided by the Diamond card was a set menu, and the girls serving were particularly good, remembering the guests' preferences.
