Guiyang Flower Creek: A Gem of the Plateau – A Refreshing and Peaceful Destination

Flower Creek Park:Originally named ‘Zhongzheng Park,’ it was formally included in Flower Creek Wetland Park in 2009 and is known as ‘The Gem of the Plateau.’ Here, mountains and rivers surround, with abundant flowers and grass, with the four mountains of Gui Lin, Gui Ren, Gui Feng and Gui She as the skeleton, and extending naturally along the Flower Creek River from west to east, integrating natural scenery and human scenery, integrating true mountains, true water, pastoral scenery and ethnic customs.

Main attractions include Fang He Zhou (Release Duck Island), Ba Shang Bridge, Fei Yun Ge (Flying Cloud Pavilion) and Qi Ting (Flag Pavilion), which are excellent places for tourists to relax and cool off and vacation.

Luo Ping to Ping Qiao Scenic Agricultural Zone:Including Flower Creek Ping Qiao, Golden Avenue and Sunshine Water Town Scenic Agricultural Zone.

Flower Creek Ping Qiao is a scenic spot located on the west side of Flower Creek Park next to Da Zhai Village, spanning across the Flower Creek River. Beside the bridge, there is a clear stream, with ripples, walking on the paved stone steps of the bridge, feeling the clear water flowing under the feet, is very comfortable.

Golden Avenue is a segment (over 1000 meters) lined with tall French (White Poplar) trees, with dense shade, and flowing Flower Creek River. Standing in it, it’s like being in a painting. Especially in autumn, when the white poplars turn yellow, and when viewed from a slightly distant mountain, it’s really a golden avenue.

Sunshine Water Town Scenic Agricultural Zone: Here, there are especially many lotuses. Seeing the emerald lotuses and pink or white lotuses, one truly feels as if they have arrived at West Lake in Hangzhou.

Da Jiang Shan Scenic Area:The vegetation here is also very good, there is also a (Bouyei ethnic group) village, in addition to the park planted a large number of (Ginkgo tree), peach trees and (Hibiscus) trees, when they bloom in the spring, they are particularly beautiful.
