That mountain is known as Pengcheng's First Peak, Wutong Mountain. This season, Wutong Mountain has lush greenery, and the Mao Jin Du Ju (Korean Blue Poppy) flowers are in full bloom, which is just the right time to visit. If you're spending a leisurely weekend at home, why not go out and take a look?

The 5th Wutong Mountain Mao Jin Du Ju (Korean Blue Poppy) Flower Exhibition was held on March 21st this year. Now is the time to enjoy the flowers. Gather with three or five friends, prepare some portable food and tools, and go for a healthy weekend trip!
Climbing Wutong Mountain has six different routes, besides the regular Wutong Mountain North Road, do you want to try the other routes? Different routes have different difficulties, so everyone can measure their strength. Some outdoor experts... have already explored them all, let's admire them!

Let's take a look at the other five routes besides Wutong Mountain North Road!

Taishan Jian Trail is the earliest constructed trail in the Wutong Mountain Scenic Area and the most loved and classic trail by citizens. The trail is 5.5 kilometers long, with many mountain streams along the way. The trees provide shade, and it's quite comfortable even during a big sunny day.

- Most Convenient Climbing Route - Dengyun Trail
Dengyun TrailIt's the most convenient route to climb Wutong Mountain within Shenzhen, and the most convenient route for citizens to climb. The trail goes up along the Xi Hu (Clear Lake) ridge, and there's also the beautiful scenery of Shenzhen Reservoir. The mountain breeze makes you feel comfortable while climbing.

- Most Steep Climbing Route - Lingyun Trail
As the steepest route in the Wutong Mountain Scenic Area, everyone who dares to challenge here is a lover of outdoor sports. Those who are weak or afraid of heights should not try it easily! After all, the largest slope reaches 70 degrees! Looking back... it feels like climbing a rock.
- Longest Mileage Climbing Route - Biting Trail
Biting Trail is the longest trail in the Wutong Mountain Scenic Area, starting from the southeast of Sha Tou Kuo (Sand Hill Slope) and walking along the ridge until it merges with Xitu (Showering Stream) to reach the summit. Occasionally, you can see clouds shrouded in the trail, which is like a fairyland, adding a different feeling to your climbing.

- Fastest Summit Climbing Route - Xitu Trail
Xitu Trail is located behind the Shenzhen Foreign Language School's High School Department, and finally merges with Biting Trail to reach the summit. This route allows you to see the scenery of sea and sky, and it's the fastest route for those who don't have enough time. If you set off in the afternoon, take this one!

Now that spring is in full bloom, the weather is not too hot, why not choose a day to set off? Wutong Mountain is worth a visit. If you're not physically strong, remember to rest along the way, because it's easier to climb up than to climb down. Don't be like a tiger when you climb up, and don't shake your limbs when you climb down!
Friendly Reminder: After climbing, don't forget to do muscle stretching!
