The Time is Right for Qingming Excursions; Enchanting Countryside and Fields
It's currently April in the mortal realm, and the fields outside Shanghai are fragrant. Citizens of Shanghai are taking advantage of the Qingming Festival holiday to travel and relax, returning to nature. In Lianmin Village, Changshawan New Town, Pudong, a new rural ecological concept has formed: 'Field integration, water connection, road connectivity, forest network, ecological beauty, and village cleanliness.' The main river channel within the village has five east-west and five north-south lines, with a developed water system, earning it the reputation of 'Oriental Venice.' It has become one of the demonstration points for rural revitalization in the Shanghai suburbs.
