A Crab Feast You Absolutely Can't Miss in Singapore, The Most Authentic Flavors Are Here, It's Too Delicious
When you come to Singapore, if you don't have a crab dish, it's like you didn't come to Singapore at all. I've heard that there's a restaurant downstairs at the Hard Rock Hotel on Sentosa Island that makes delicious chili crab, so I booked the location early on. It's perfect to relax after a day of playing.


Located in Sentosa's Sentosa Cove, Hard Rock Hotel's Sessions, its name implies a gathering place for musicians, performers and music lovers, adding a touch of art to the entire restaurant.


Sessions new restaurant's most famous three signature dishes are exquisite desserts, crab and the cooking studio, which are organically combined, making it a great place for gatherings and leisure. Since everyone is already very hungry, we ordered a lot of dishes, let's come and have a feast with our cameras!
Spicy Crispy Chicken Wings: As the first dish to come up, it can make you feel shocked. The crispy golden skin greatly increases your appetite, and when you bite into it, it is juicy and tender, using the surface of the skin to lock in the juice of the inside, the perfect fusion of pepper and chili also makes your taste buds open up!

Garlic Shrimp: Using the same method to lock in the freshness of the shrimp, so as not to destroy the shrimp's tenderness when frying, the skin is golden and crispy, and the shrimp meat perfectly retains its freshness. Sprinkle with minced garlic while hot, the aroma of garlic mixed with the ocean flavor instantly broke through the last defense of hunger, I'm going to eat!

Shrimp Fried Rice: A standard dish, with four or five large shrimp and specially formulated materials and rice, stir-fried together, the grains of rice have a good bite, absorbed the flavor of shrimp, really makes you want to finish a large pot!

Deep-Fried Fish Meat Tofu Roll: The deep-fried fish meat tofu roll is immersed in a special sauce, and when you bite into it, the tofu roll is crispy and tender, and the sauce explodes in the mouth, as if wandering in the sea, the taste buds burst into bloom at that moment!

The huge claws are the essence of the dish! Use a wooden hammer to pound the crab claws to get the whole crab meat, and when you bite into it, the unique spicy flavor filled the whole mouth, and the satisfaction of a mouthful of crab meat filled the whole body, and at that moment, I truly understood what 'soul-destroying' meant!


Dessert after meal: We ordered two desserts, both the best-selling here, chocolate cake and waffle. It's very exquisite when presented, especially the waffle's shape is very unique, such beautiful desserts are beautiful to the point of being scary, just one sentence: Eat it!
