This 3-kilometer scenic belt, starting from the Airport Expressway and ending at the Shuanglong Avenue, is divided into function layout as follows:

※ In the Ecological Science Area, a long dry creek is covered with pebbles, and the plants on both sides are matched with more than 40 species, in addition to common pine trees, cherry blossoms, and plum blossoms, there are also Chinese medicinal plants such as Three-Seven. The design of the dry creek reflects the characteristic of Sponge City, when it rains, it is a landscape water system, and when it doesn't rain, the water entering it will enter the underground reservoir. Along the way, there are a total of two underground reservoirs connected to the dry creek, which can accumulate rainwater of about 2000 cubic meters, used for landscaping and maintenance in normal times.
