Project Planned Completion Time: Completion before the end of December 2021 (including all survey, design, procurement, construction, debugging, acceptance, warranty and accompanying approval processes for the entire EPC project including road, pipeline, greening, fire protection and affiliated facilities).

Bidder Qualification Requirements
1, This bid requires bidders to have:
(1) Design Qualification Requirements: The bidder must have independent legal status and possess Grade 1 Urban Planning and Design or Grade 1 Municipal Engineering Professional or Grade 1 Landscape and Gardening Engineering Specialization or Grade 1 Architectural Engineering (Building Engineering) Qualification;
(2) Construction must have Grade 1 General Contracting for Municipal Public Works Engineering (including);
2, A total project manager (i.e. Project Manager) (do not accept Level 1 Temporary Construction Manager) must hold a Level 1 Registered General Contractor (Municipal Public Works Engineering Specialty), Safety Assessment Certificate B license; The qualification requirements of the Design Responsible Person should have Senior or above title certificate and hold a Registered Utility Equipment Engineer Certificate or Level 1 Registered Architect or Level 1 Registered Structural Engineer certificate;
3, This project accepts joint bids, the joint bid only accepts the joint bid composed of the Construction General Contractor and the Design Unit, the joint bid unit shall not exceed 2 and the joint bid leader shall be the Construction General Contractor.
