Temple Stream Village is located in the administrative center of Jietai County, Temple Stream Township, about 25 kilometers from the county seat, it is the largest administrative village in the township, located in the arid river valley.
The village has 10 villagers' groups, 592 households, 2507 people, with a total cultivated land area of 12690.6 mu, of which 4942.4 mu are dry land, 6067.2 mu are sandy land, and 1681 mu are water land. Among them: the first phase irrigation area has six groups, self-irrigation 1020 mu, and ten groups for diverting irrigation, and ten groups for diverting irrigation, with 547 mu respectively.
