Rural highway construction plays an increasingly significant role in supporting 'agriculture, rural areas, and townships' and achieving a comprehensive moderately prosperous society. Following the overall requirements of 'building it well, managing it well, protecting it well, and operating it well,' the Municipal Transportation Bureau is vigorously pushing the 'household connectivity' project while integrating it with ecological tourism, adopting a demand-driven approach, and implementing plans based on local conditions to create 'landscape-style' happy rural areas, improving the service capabilities and level of rural highways.

According to the 'highway plus ecological tourism' model, combining urban and rural integration, provincial and municipal boundaries, and key highway sections with tourist routes, fully integrating along the route natural scenery, scenic spots, folk culture, prioritizing greening near towns, main highway sections, tourist areas, and ecologically vulnerable and strategically important ecological zones, adhering to prioritizing functional and ecological benefits while considering economic and social benefits, scientifically optimizing schemes and rationally designing landscapes, carefully constructing highway rest stops, creating safe, convenient, functionally complete, ecologically excellent, and connecting urban and rural areas 'ecological tourism' characteristic channels.
Localized creation of highlights
Rural highway node landscape creation integrated with regional characteristics, achieving harmony with terrain, human culture, and rural tourism, '' principles, adhering to 'irrigate if suitable, plant flowers and grass if suitable' greening concepts, achieving integration of road greening with beautiful villages, adding new landscapes and dynamic scenery to the entire tourism area, while ensuring road greening achieves the purposes of guiding sightlines, beautifying the environment, and organizing traffic, forming concise, bright, and time-honored road green landscapes.
Early deployment and simultaneous implementation
Integrating rural highway greening and reconstruction/expansion/new construction projects, and road tree removal projects, establishing a specialized highway greening work leadership group, focused implementation and supervision, simultaneously establishing long-term mechanisms, adhering to the principle of 'planting, managing, and protecting equally', implementing strict maintenance measures, with 'designated personnel, designated sections, designated responsibilities, and designated rewards and punishments' to ensure retention rates and survival rates.
