It is reported that the main urban area of Lhasa is located in the middle reaches of the Lhasa River valley, with a total area of 1220 hectares of wetland – Larung Wetland, and the Lhasa River meanders to the south. With the increasing investment in environmental protection and the implementation of the Lhasa River Comprehensive Remediation Project, 'river to lake' has become a reality in Lhasa, greatly improving the city's scenery.
