Day 5 of the 21-Day Weight Loss Program - Stage 2
Today is a light fast, and my weight hasn't changed at all. I've been constipated for two days. Today's light fast increased my intake of fruits and vegetables. I got up early and did 30 minutes of empty stomach exercise before eating breakfast. In the morning, I gently massaged my abdomen for 10 minutes, and I actually had a bowel movement afterwards. That's great! I resisted temptation in the evening and didn't eat anything. I believe that effort will pay off. Good night.
