ASICS and ROKH Collaborate on New GEL-1090 & GEL-Kinsei OG Collection

ASICS, a major sportswear brand, has previously announced a collaboration with Rok Hwang, a brilliant creation of the designer who was promoted from Celine's former Creative Director, Phoebe Philo. Rok Hwang left Celine in 2016 and founded his own brand ROKH, which subsequently became a finalist for the 2018 LVMH Prize and debuted at Paris Fashion Week with the brand's runway show. This collaboration with ASICS was the first time ROKH showcased its designs.

The ASICS x ROKH collaborative footwear collection, featuring two new ASICS shoe models, the GEL-1090 and GEL-Kinsei OG, offers a total of six colorways. Rok Hwang has given them vibrant colors like fluorescent green and fluorescent orange, combined with eye-catching shoelaces, creating a previously unseen running shoe design. Additionally, all shoes will feature ASICS' iconic EVA midsole unit and GEL technology, ensuring a strong sense of comfort beneath the extravagant appearance.
