I am 160cm tall, and my weight has been fluctuating between 46-49kg since middle school. My skeleton is very small, and a little fat looks plump, inherited from my family with a thick lower body. I had heart problems, mental problems, and irregular menstruation because of eating Yumie capsules, and I didn't lose weight when I stopped taking medication. After stopping the medication, I gained 54kg and decided to lose weight through exercise. At that time, my measurements were: upper chest circumference 89, lower chest circumference 73, waist circumference 62, hip circumference 89, thighs 54, calves 35 (swelling to 36+ in the afternoon and evening), ankles 19. The main purpose of slimming was to reduce the lower body, and shaping the upper body was the primary focus.

I jumped for a whole year in 2006, from being able to jump 200 times a day to 5000 times a day. In the first month, I practiced from 200 jumps a day to 1000 jumps a day, and it took six months to see little weight loss, but my muscles were well-defined and my measurements were reduced (except for my calves, which didn't get thinner, but became firmer and looked good. I have a genetic inheritance of a thick lower body, which is not obesity but thickness, the muscles of my thighs are quite firm), and I have poor blood circulation, so my calves are prone to swelling. So, in the first three months of jumping 1000 times, my calves were 2cm thicker than before jumping rope.

Later, I was dissatisfied with the progress, so I decisively practiced 3000 jumps a day. I don't know if it's because of the amount of exercise, and my whole body began to slim down noticeably, especially my calves. Within a month, they were 2cm thinner than before jumping rope. From then on, I truly strengthened my confidence in jump rope slimming, and kept jumping for a year. At that time, my measurements changed as follows: upper chest circumference 89 – no change, lower chest circumference 70 – reduced by 3CM, waist circumference 60 – reduced by 2CM, hip circumference 89 – no change (I don't pursue it getting smaller, it will be incompatible with chest circumference), thighs 49 – reduced by 5CM (still need to keep working on it, at least to 45cm), calves 32 – reduced by 3CM (reducing 1CM would be equal to the neck circumference, which is the ideal calf size, haha), and my weight really didn't increase much, always around 45-47KG.

In 2007, from January to September, I didn't exercise, spent all day reading and browsing computers, and also ate a lot, including eating snacks (like to retaliate for the craving to control appetite in 2006, actually didn't really control my diet, I can't starve myself because of low blood pressure, I just stopped eating snacks since I was young, I don't like snacks), but surprisingly, it didn't rebound, and my thighs continued to get thinner by 2cm. I didn't know if it was because of the jump rope. Introduce a method for slimming thighs.
