50g flour, 300g radish, 1 egg, 3g five-spice powder, salt to taste

Instructions

1: The ingredients for this pie are simple, just white radish, flour, egg, scallions, salt and a little five-spice powder.
2: Peel and grate the radish, add salt, and repeatedly squeeze out the moisture.

3: Squeeze out the moisture from the radish slices and put them in a large bowl.
4: Chop the scallions into small pieces (add more for better flavor)
