Red Carrot Fish Tail Soup

2Ingredients: One fish tail, half a red carrot.
3Instructions: Cut the red carrot into small pieces. Wash the fish tail, heat up the oil in a pan and briefly sear it, add the red carrot and stir-fry slightly, then add hot water, bring to a boil for 20 minutes. Strain before drinking. Yellow Bean Braised Pig
Ingredients:
Pig’s feet; Yellow beans; Scallions; Ginger; Star anise; Cinnamon stick; Dried red chili peppers; Cassia bark; Flavoring wine; Light soy sauce; Old soy sauce; Sugar.
Instructions:
Yellow beans are washed and soaked beforehand.
Pig’s feet are cut into blocks and cleaned, put into cold water to boil until foam comes out, then take out and wash and dry the pig’s feet.
Heat oil in a pan, after oil is hot, add scallion and ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon stick, dried red chili peppers and cassia bark to stir-fry until fragrant.

Dragon Lily Fish Ball Soup
Ingredients: Frozen dragon lily fish fillets, one carrot, a few white cabbage, salt, white pepper, sesame oil, vinegar

Shrimp and Winter Melon
