Red Carrot Fish Tail Soup

Yellow Bean Braised Pig

Ingredients:

Pig’s feet; Yellow beans; Scallions; Ginger; Star anise; Cinnamon stick; Dried red chili peppers; Cassia bark; Flavoring wine; Light soy sauce; Old soy sauce; Sugar.

Instructions:

Yellow beans are washed and soaked beforehand.

Pig’s feet are cut into blocks and cleaned, put into cold water to boil until foam comes out, then take out and wash and dry the pig’s feet.

Heat oil in a pan, after oil is hot, add scallion and ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon stick, dried red chili peppers and cassia bark to stir-fry until fragrant.

Steps:
