20g Carrots,

10g Black Sesame, 1 Scallion.


Instructions


1. Peel the steamed bun and cut it into bun pieces.

3. Take 1 egg and beat it into a large bowl, whisk until evenly mixed, then add the carrot mince and mix well.



4. Add the bun pieces, do not soak them for too long, just use a chopstick to pick them out.

5. Heat a flat pan, add a little oil, and stir-fry the bun pieces until they are golden yellow, then take them out to set aside.



6. Beat another egg and add a little salt to season, stir until smooth.



7. When the egg liquid is still not fully solidified, add the bun pieces and sprinkle with scallion powder. Sprinkle with black sesame and serve!
