The Unique Rich and Fragrant Flavor of Yellow Chicken Rice is Due to These Ingredients

I often order yellow chicken rice boxes for takeout, but none of them have satisfied me. When I make it myself at home, I find that a lot of ginger, soy sauce, and dried shiitake mushrooms are essential to recreate the taste. Especially ginger, the unique flavor it creates with the chicken meat is really fragrant, even the sauce is delicious and goes well with rice. If it included and yellow phoenix chicken, it would be even better,
