1Soak the bamboo tofu for about 2 hours before use, drain and cut into about 5cm segments after soaking; cut the lean pork into segments; cut the carrots into segments; cut the ginger into segments; chop the green onion into flowers.

2Heat oil in a wok, pour in the lean pork and stir-fry until changed color, then scoop it out for later use.

3Add a little more oil into the wok, put in the carrots and ginger, stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

4Put the bamboo tofu and previously stir-fried lean pork into the wok and stir-fry evenly.

5Add a certain amount of salt and chopped chili peppers, stir-fry for about 1 minute to make it taste.
