Iron Pot Braised Goose
Dortheast Iron Pot Roasted Goose, Northeast Famous Dish.

Ingredients:
One Goose
1 Green Onion
3 Ginger Slices
4 Garlic Heads
Appropriate Amount of Salt
Appropriate Amount of Sichuan Flower Pepper Powder
Appropriate Amount of Corn Oil
Appropriate Amount of Soy Sauce
Appropriate Amount of Cooking Wine
Appropriate Amount of Sugar

1. Cut the goose meat into small pieces, put water in the pot, pour in boiling water
2. After blanching the goose meat, discard the floating foam with water, drain and set aside
3. Chop green onions into segments, slice ginger, chop garlic into minced pieces
4. Take a cast iron pot, heat up and pour in appropriate amount of corn oil
