More Delicious Than Fried Chicken Skewers, Secret Recipe, Fast, Simple Method

Just looking at the color, isn't it unappetizing?

This chicken skewer is the second time Little Rabbit made it. The first time, she relied purely on her sense of touch when adding seasonings, but the addition of garlic chili sauce and cumin sesame instantly elevated the chicken skewer's flavor, giving it a nostalgic old-fashioned fried chicken skewer feeling, it's really delicious.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast 400g, sesame 2 tablespoons, cumin 1 tablespoon, garlic chili sauce 2 tablespoons, 1 tablespoon, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, cornstarch 3 tablespoons, white pepper powder a little, five-spice powder a little, MSG a little, salt a little

2. Test the oil temperature, you can insert a toothpick vertically into the oil, if it bubbles up, it means the oil is ready to be added.
