Street Cleaner Discovers a Cardboard Box and Rescues Two Dogs
It's one of the reasons why many people love snowy days – a beautiful, white expanse is romantic. However, for stray animals, snow is a test, and a source of harm. Carelessness can be deadly.
Veterinarian Xiao Ming is about to tell a story that will likely touch many hearts.

That night, it snowed heavily, covering the ground. Street cleaners were already out early, shoveling snow. But they accidentally discovered a dilapidated cardboard box, assuming it was someone's trash, just about to throw it into the garbage can, when they noticed it was moving.

The street cleaner hurried down to investigate, and when he looked closely, he couldn't bring himself to discard it. His hands began to tremble slightly, filled with compassion. It turned out the cardboard box contained two dogs, a mother and her child. They were huddled inside, shivering, perhaps touched by a kind person who had placed a pad for them, but even that couldn't shield them from the cold. The street cleaner's heart clenched, and he quietly took them home.

Veterinarian Xiao Ming, seeing this scene, was also deeply moved, not knowing if they were abandoned parents or stray dogs, it touched his heart. Regardless, it was incredibly heartbreaking.
Veterinarian Xiao Ming explains: 'The survival status of stray dogs is always very bleak. They not only face food shortages but also various cruel weather conditions. When we see them, even if we don't like them, we shouldn't hurt them.'

If you have the means, when you encounter them, you can offer help – perhaps a bun or a piece of bread, to help them get through their most difficult times.
