Story: What Would Happen If Stray Cats Had a Car Dealership? (A Likely Scenario)
Momo's courtyard was a green corridor, deep in the lush greenery was Momo's public canteen for stray cats. This canteen was quite popular among cats, and sometimes dozens of them would come to scavenge. Momo specially equipped it with some facilities, so it was also a 'cat market' for them. Momo spent every day cooking for the cats, watching them come and go, and sometimes she would casually record some daily scenes.

The consecutive days of heavy rain really made the stray cats miserable. This morning, I opened the garden gate, and a group of cats came over meowing, they hadn't been able to feed properly for a few days in the heavy rain, and they must have been starving.

I locked the dog in a cage to prevent cat and dog fights, and then the smallest cat ran into the garden playfully, jumping on the table, jumping on the washing machine, and even jumping onto the dog cage, making the two dogs howl with anger, wishing they could crash into the cage.
Adult cats were much more cautious, they poked their heads and stepped back further, most of them didn't dare to enter the yard, only Amir entered the yard, he sniffed around, ran to my feet to rub against, and then lay down peacefully at the door. This cat was the only guest that the dogs accepted.

It's really good that it didn't rain, the cats were basking in the sun and sleeping on the rooftop canopy, this canopy unintentionally became a 'cat sanctuary', where they could avoid human chasing, dog harassment, and the damage from delivery trucks, and slept soundly.

There are usually only one or two cats on the canopy, occasionally three, and they are three cats that are usually very good friends, they would never let a fourth cat come up, even though the space is quite large. The natural distances formed in the animal world are often more orderly than in human society.

The canteen is popular among Bay Area cats, and more and more 'boss cats' are coming to have a 'tycoon meal'. After half a month of bad weather, the usual eight cats have increased by one, and today they all came to eat together, which is really happy!
Amir and the four regulars move their bowls slowly, they will rush to the iron gate to grab food, they no longer treat me as a foreign cat. The other three are just diners, they don't stay here, but they arrive on time for mealtime, and they are particularly good at timing. The smallest cat is the most pitiful, he doesn't dare to eat even when placed in front of him. I try to give them one bowl each to avoid them fighting and getting injured.

After finishing their meals, the four regulars looked leisurely and paced around. They usually stay and wait for me to see if there were any extra delicious food to give them.

Amir and Cinderella, the two childhood sweethearts, were always inseparable, and this week of continuous rain finally let them find a place to shelter from the rain in the gap of the roof. After the rain, I gave them a dry piece of paper, and the two little guys immediately treated it as their own nest, sticking to it and refusing to leave. It's more natural for stray children to cherish things.

I'm becoming more and more attached to these two little guys. Every time I hear my voice, they rush out to seek a pat, when I walk the dog, they follow behind to send out 30 meters and wait for us to come back. Now I'm worried that they are too close to people and dogs, not everyone and every dog is as kind as our family.

Life continued like this, my cat canteen never closed, and I hoped to provide some comfort for them in their storm-ridden lives, even if it was just a little bit.
