Where is the Wild 'Second Brother' Going! Let's Go Home with the 'Master' from the City Park
Source: Nanping City Administration
Recently, the Park Management Office of Nanping City has been treating a wild boar, and the news spread like wildfire. Many little buddies privately messaged the editor wanting to catch a glimpse of this wild 'second brother'. It is said that this 'second brother' is tall in stature, has a big 'pig's' heart, and alone it ventured into Yinyang District's Xin Bridge, 'bullying' and 'dominating' the bridge, frightening citizens to detour.
Can this 'stirring up the wind and making waves' behavior be tolerated? The Park Management Office's Nine Peak Mountain Animal Park Rescue Center's 'master's' should step in when they should, and they worked tirelessly to subdue 'second brother'. Now it is already spending 4 days of tranquility in Nine Peak Mountain Animal Park. Not only do vets provide it with professional care, but the animal park's cute brothers and sisters also provide it with meticulous care. It eats, drinks, and basks in the sun every day, and after it recovers, it will be relocated to a new 'home'.
In fact, besides this 'second brother', the rescue center has also rescued many other wild animals.
On November 11, 2019, the Park Management Office rescued a Su Kada tortoise, a national key protected animal, from Keongchu City. The rescue center prepared tortoise food, squid bones, carrot strips, and pumpkin for this 'brother'. It also configured a temperature and humidity-controlled turtle enclosure, which is beneficial for the growth of turtles. In addition, 'humanistic care' cannot be neglected. Afraid that 'brother' was lonely, it was paired with a rescued red-legged tortoise. 'Brother' not only got a 'new home' but also a 'girlfriend', embarking on its 'turtle' life's peak.

In 2019, the Park Management Office rescued 2 national key protected pythons, 1 short-tailed monkey, 5 pied short-eared owls, 1 brown-crowned rufous crow, 1 macaque, 2 white cranes, and 2 peacocks; 2 fox animals, 1 mountain goat. In February 2020, it also rescued 1 macaque and 1 pied short-eared owl.
The rescue center's staff have been traveling to various regions, some of which are far and long, and some roads are rugged. Sometimes it is cold in winter and hot in summer, and sometimes it is windy and rainy. But these cannot stop them from rescuing wild animals and building a harmonious ecosystem.
