Tibetan antelope

In late spring, in the Zangye Gorges in Aba Yaergai County, herds of wild Tibetan antelope appeared, which added a touch of spring to the plateau

In the high valley between Fulaze Lake and Helixi Township, herds of wild Tibetan antelope leisurely grazed on the snowmelt and exposed grass, occasionally looking around and observing the surroundings, the agile figures and the surrounding environment merged into one, creating a comfortable feeding picture with the snow mountains and meadows

1.2 The Art of Living

Tibetan antelope is also known as 'small antelope', it is a typical high-altitude cold desert animal, and also a second-level protected animal, it lives in the mountains and grasslands between Qinghai Plateau, its weight is only about 15 kilograms. It has a larger white heart-shaped rump spot on its tail, which is the most distinctive feature distinguishing it from Tibetan antelope
According to local villagers, Tibetan antelope is timid, lively, mostly hiding in the valley, flat land, the population is very small, it was difficult to see in the early years. Today, local herdsmen often see herds of Tibetan antelope with populations reaching 20 or more. The return of these gods also made them very happy

In recent years, Yaergai has continuously increased the protection of wild animals, and has implemented measures such as returning grassland to grass and restoring wetlands and sand fixation, which has continuously improved the ecological environment, and the number of wild animals such as Tibetan antelope, black-necked crane, sika deer in the county has also gradually increased
