The Elephant with the Largest Ivory Dies; Each Tusk Weighs 45.5 Kilograms
On February 6th, according to a statement released by the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS), the famous 50-year-old elephant 'Tim' died in the southeastern part of the country. 'Tim' died of natural causes. Each of his tusks weighed 45.5 kilograms. The picture is a 2016 photo of 'Tim'.
