Support the utilization of various resources along the Yellow River for tourism projects. For tourism projects that comply with the Longju Town tourism industry overall planning, listed in the town's annual key projects, the town government established a special project team to provide full-time services, to help coordinate land use, to handle relevant procedures; with all procedures complete and construction has started, the land use fees for the first 3 years are subsidized by 50% (not including land use within the ecological red line, after the town government recognizes its normal construction and operation situation, it will remit subsidies annually; if the relevant policies have been received before, subsidies will not be granted, the same or similar policies will be applied at a higher rate, and will not be granted again); during the project operation, the tax share of the town is fully refunded for the first 3 years, and the excess water and electricity fees beyond the living water and electricity standards are fully subsidized.
