Xinjiang Wutian, there is a famous jade stone market, most people don't understand it and can't afford it

3

Back in June last year, we drove to and when we arrived, we felt a great sense of novelty because there were many experiences to try. We absolutely had to go to the riverbank in, and maybe we could even find a beautiful piece of jade stone – we wouldn't find a valuable jade stone, but the feeling was just like panning for gold!

Every day here, we have tourists and prospectors from all over the country coming to pick up stones. Because of the persistent legend that jade is very valuable – a piece of good-quality jade can cost millions or tens of millions! Of course, this attracts different people to prospect, but it's not that easy! The riverbeds near have been dug up by excavators, and all the valuable things have already been picked up!

However, when we first arrived in, we had initially planned to stay by the River, but when we asked, we learned that all the hotels, guesthouses, and inns were fully booked. You can imagine, here, could you really find a bargain?

Some people suggested, 'Let's go to the Jade Stone Exchange Market and prospect!' Just in case we find a treasure! Okay, we continued to the nearby Jade Stone Exchange Market. This place is divided into two parts: a scattered stall area and shops with storefronts.

Let's first talk about the scattered stalls in the Jade Stone Exchange Market square. There are several rows of stalls in the square, shaded by the sun, selling a lot of stones – big, small, expensive, and cheap. We walked through each stall and saw mostly stones. To be honest, I'm not that good at spotting things – I didn't see a beautiful, valuable jade stone. They were just the kinds of stones you could find by the River, and when you had them polished, they started selling them for high prices. Good, let's go to the shops inside.

The shops inside are very luxuriously decorated and feel like you're being treated like a god. But this 'god' is difficult to serve – you need to spend a huge amount of money to buy it! It feels like every piece of stone inside has been polished to make it shine so brightly that it can reflect your image. All the shopkeepers are amiable and friendly, but when you ask the price, it will make you gasp. The prices are in the tens or hundreds of thousands, or even millions, per stone.

Anyway, I don't understand it or can't afford it, so let's leave.
