On April 13th, Sanya adopted a combination of online and offline methods to hold a concentrated signing activity for the Hainan Free Trade Port construction projects, signing a total of 36 projects, of which the project with the largest investment is expected to reach 240 billion yuan.

Fuxing Travel Management Co., Ltd. of Shanghai plans to invest 240 billion yuan to upgrade the Atlantis project in Sanya – ‘Sanya·Fuxing City’, aiming to develop and build a world-class theme park, themed hotel, international consumer center, health center, and wealth management center. Jinshi Culture and Tourism Investment Co., Ltd. of Nanjing will leverage the company’s comparative advantages to build a wedding industry park in Sanya, upgrading ‘Sweet Business’ in Lu Cheng.
Due to its optimistic view of the development prospects of Sanya’s industry, many companies signing up focused on locating their headquarters bases in Sanya. China Xiantong Technology Co., Ltd. will set up a regional headquarters in Sanya, leveraging the brand advantages of China Xiantong Technology Co., Ltd., to promote the development of Sanya’s tourism industry. Yunnan Hongtu Aviation Co., Ltd. will set up a flight simulator training center, aviation training base, maintenance base, aircraft financial leasing company and other facilities in Sanya, helping Sanya upgrade to become an international aviation hub. Chang’an Airlines Co., Ltd. will set up a regional headquarters of Chang’an Airlines in Sanya, actively deploying domestic and international air routes, and constructing a complete air route network.
In addition, China Greater East Star Investment Co., Ltd. will set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Sanya, serving as its commercial or cultural and tourism headquarters, and creating a high-end commercial complex. China CITIC Tourism Group Co., Ltd. will invest in the construction of China CITIC Tourism Group Co., Ltd. CITIC Traveltech (Sanya) Industrial Park, creating a cultural and travel technology industrial supply chain.
Empowering key industrial parks, new emerging industries are blossoming in Sanya.
Industrial parks are an important force for driving economic development. Sanya, in accordance with local conditions, used key industrial parks as a starting point, focusing on developing emerging industries in the sea and land, and accelerating the transformation of driving forces.
Sanya Qiaozhou Science and Technology Town Bureau aimed to occupy a high-tech industry direction, striving to achieve a place on the national innovation capability system, attracting the entry of Hainan University and Hainan Guangling High-tech Industrial Co., Ltd. Sanya Central Business District Bureau closely follows the upgrade and development of the yacht industry, cooperating with Fairfield Group Asia-Pacific, Yacht International Holding Co., Ltd., Hai Xing Yacht Group Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen ONeil Yacht Co., Ltd. to carry out cooperation in yacht service facilities and industrial chain upgrading.

Deeply involved in the aerospace market, Sanya Chuangxin Technology Industrial Park Investment Co., Ltd. and 6 companies, including Siderei (Zhuhai) Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd., signed projects such as ‘Sanya No. 1’ satellite, satellite remote sensing big data service and space resource data sharing platform, conducting in-depth cooperation around smart city operation and management, space information service, satellite meteorological service, space resource data collection and utilization and technology transfer service platform.
Optimizing the business environment and fostering new industries to broaden the development space.
To develop logistics industry chain, Sanya and China Central Railway Logistics Group Co., Ltd. and Prologis Investment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. will cooperate to develop and build a logistics industrial park, establishing a modern logistics industry fund of 10 billion yuan to support the development of local logistics.
While continuing to optimize the business environment, Sanya is also actively developing new industries such as finance and high-tech, expanding the space for high-quality development.
China Far East Group Co., Ltd. will invest 50 billion yuan to develop the bulk commodity trading market in Sanya, constructing a southern region headquarters and a regional settlement center, establishing a modern logistics industry fund of 10 billion yuan to support the development of local logistics.
China Central Railway Engineering Co., Ltd. will participate in the development of financial industry in Sanya, exploring the establishment of cross-border investment and financing platforms and focusing on cross-border and offshore trade supply chain management services.
One Step (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. will invest 20 billion yuan in Sanya to build One Step Future City, constructing a community integrating work, life and entertainment with Internet, cultural creativity and content production, aiming to carry out project demonstrations in Internet, cultural creativity, content production and promote industrial transformation and innovation, and promote the development of Internet and content industries in Sanya City.
