2.4 Billion Shangdu Historical Culture Zone Project

This project is co-constructed by Zhengzhou Shangdu Group, Nanjing Deki Group, Jiangsu Yede Group, and Henan Jianye Group, with a total land area of approximately 912 mu and a total investment of 24 billion yuan. After a construction period of 3-5 years, the Shangdu Historical Culture Zone will be built into a world-class cultural tourism destination serving the Central Plains, radiating across China, and influencing the world, a Chinese civilization historical inheritance district, a Shangdu Ancient City protection and revival zone, and a Zhengzhou humanistic development innovation zone, making a positive contribution to Zhengzhou's enhancement of its soft power in line with the characteristics of a national central city, and also becoming a key urban growth pole for Zhengzhou's future economic and social development. It is expected that after the project is completed, the number of tourism visitors will reach 30 million to 50 million, and tourism revenue will exceed 50 billion yuan.
