Daily Four Class, South China Airlines Launches Direct Flights from Changsha to Beijing Daxing Airport, Hunan Passengers Will Have More Choices
As the largest operating carrier on the Changsha-Beijing route, South China Airlines officially launched the construction of the 'Changxing Express'. Starting April 12th, South China Airlines will open daily direct flights from Changsha to Beijing Daxing International Airport, with 4 flights per day, including 1 new flight and 3 transit flights. At that time, South China Airlines will fly from Changsha to Beijing 8 flights per day, 4 flights to Capital Airport and 4 flights to Daxing Airport. Hunan passengers traveling to Beijing on South China Airlines will also have more choices.
The Beijing Daxing flights added to the Changsha-Beijing route are flight numbers CZ3935/6, operated by Airbus A321, with a schedule of 1 flight per day. The outbound flight from Changsha has flight number CZ3935, departing from Changsha at 13:05 on April 12th, and arriving at Daxing Airport at 15:30; the return flight has flight number CZ3936, departing from Daxing at 16:35, and arriving in Changsha at 19:20. The 3 flights that transit from Capital Airport to Beijing Daxing International Airport have flight numbers CZ3147/8, CZ3163/CZ3142 and CZ6937/8, operated by A321 or 320 aircraft, and each has 1 flight per day. 'Five-pointed corridor' design allows passengers to reach the farthest boarding gate within 8 minutes, regardless of domestic to domestic, domestic to international, or international to international flights, saving approximately half the time compared to Capital Airport.
Flight time is reduced significantly. Daxing Airport has advanced concept and rational layout, reducing both air flight time and ground flight time significantly.
Currently, South China Airlines has launched a small number of discounted tickets on the Changsha-Beijing route. Changsha-Daxing and Daxing-Changsha tickets have a minimum price of 490 RMB (excluding tax).
