Pursuing the Beauty Within: Blooming Season Seeking Spring Colors in the Peach Blossom Garden
In the spring of Yangchun, the peach blossoms bloomed, greening the peach leaves. The dry winter branches had become lively, with red and green peach branches dancing in the spring breeze. Attracted passersby, taking photos, judging, and praising.

I chatted with distant friends on WeChat about the peach blossoms in Guangshan. My friend lamented that the people of Guangshan had turned peach orchards into industries and asked me to take a few photos for him. I accepted the invitation and set off alone on a motorcycle to Liu Gao Mountain Village in the Huatun Township to take pictures of the peach orchard. Quietly taking pictures of peaches is a pleasure, and it also allows for, discovering the most beautiful peach blossom in a sea of blossoms. Although this peach orchard is not very large, it has been divided into several sections and connected together, which is quite impressive. Some peach blossoms have already bloomed on the branches, while others are just beginning to sprout, and it will take another ten days or so to open.

In recent years, Guangshan has a total of ten thousand acres of peach orchards, with flowers in spring and fruit in summer, alongside pear blossoms, cherry blossoms, white plum blossoms, chrysanthemums, tea blossoms, and canola blossoms, forming a spectacular floral landscape in Guangshan. Every year, the Wangmu Cherry Blossom Festival, the Huatun Peach Blossom Festival, the Huatun Tea Blossom Festival, and the Jian County Canola Blossom Festival have become important activities for people from surrounding cities and counties.
The southern part of Guangshan is mountainous, and the northern part is mostly hilly, which is suitable for peach tree cultivation. Talented individuals introduced high-quality peach trees from abroad for cultivation. Ma Mu, Hu Shan, Huatun, and Pobei River townships have large-scale peach tree planting. These peach trees have turned barren mountains and cliffs into seas of flowers, and 25,000 tons of peaches and plums are sold to all parts of the country every year. They have also created jobs for local farmers and contributed to their poverty alleviation and prosperity.

Peaches belong to the Rosaceae family. The leaves are oval-shaped and lanceolate. The fruit kernels are nearly spherical. Peaches are one of the important flowering tree species in China. The flowering period is from late March to early April, and after April, peaches and plums begin to germinate, and by the Mid-Autumn Festival, peaches are on sale. It seems that peaches were made for the Mid-Autumn Festival. When the Mid-Autumn Festival comes, it means you can enjoy peaches. The people of Guangshan have the custom of exchanging peaches during the Mid-Autumn Festival, either picking peaches in the orchard or buying them at the market. Giving each other peaches is a way of connecting with relatives and friends, and it has also created a huge consumer market for peaches, which is a natural result of developing the peach industry.

China is the native land of peach trees, originating in the central and northern parts of China. They have a long cultivation history and are loved by the Chinese people. They were gradually spread to neighboring Asian countries such as Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, and Laos, and then introduced to Europe and Asia, with many countries planting peaches.

Peaches have high ornamental value, which is the subject of poetry and painting. Over the centuries, there are countless works of art about peaches, which can be described as countless. Peaches can also be used as medicine, even the flowers, fruits, stems, and roots of peach trees can be used for medicinal purposes. There are dozens of peach prescriptions. These are recorded in ancient medical books and folk customs. Peaches can also be used to make peach wine and medicinal diets.

During the Spring Festival, it is customary for young people to go out to play when peach blossoms are in bloom. Many historical stories are associated with peaches as matchmakers, leading to happy marriages. In the past, some government agencies even held peach blossom festivals to provide opportunities for shy and timid young men and women to meet and express their affection.

During this peach-taking trip, I mainly took close-ups to capture the vibrant scenes of peach blossoms dancing in the branches. The peaches did not disappoint me and cooperated with me, swaying and posing charmingly, which made my camera click incessantly. I took over 300 satisfied photos.

I have come to this peach orchard many times. When the peach blossoms are in bloom, I will come. Tracking and filming a place well is a very meaningful thing.
