The Water of Ili River in Winter Is So Serene

The Ili River is the central inland river of Asia, crossing China and Kazakhstan as an international river. The main source of the Ili River, Tekes River, originates from the north side of the Tian Shan Khentingri Peak, flowing eastward through the Zhosuo Basin and Tekes Valley in Northwest China, then north through the Ishgilik Lake, merges with the right bank tributary Gongnis River to form the Ili River, flowing westward to Holgous River into Kazakhstan, flowing through gorges and desert regions, into the Balkhash Lake of Central Asia. From the river source to the lake mouth, the total length is 1236 kilometers, the river length is 442 kilometers, and the basin area is 15.1 square kilometers, of which 5.6 square kilometers is in China

It was on a foggy winter day. A rare heavy snow had just passed, standing on the Ili River Bridge overlooking, the visibility of the water surface and air was very low, only seeing a small stream of river flowing quietly under the bridge—what surprised me was that the winter Ili River was so quiet, quiet like a bride-to-be.
