Six Acres of 18,000 Cherimoya Flowers in Bloom! Beautiful!
In mid-March, the cherry blossom season is upon us, with 18,000 acres of cherimoya flowers blooming in full splendor within the Dajian Town Park of Lizhi Special Zone. Clusters of white cherry blossoms bloom abundantly on the branches, particularly captivating against the backdrop of green leaves and branches, creating a truly delightful sight. The abundant blossoms foreshadow the upcoming harvest season.

When the reporter arrived at the 18,000-acre cherimoya planting base in Dajian Town, it felt as though one was immersed in a sea of flowers, with vibrant blossoms competing for attention. It is reported that the Dajian Park brings in 18,000 acres of cherimoya from Shandong Laiyang, which introduced cherry tree seedlings, with Red Lantern and Mei Zao varieties, both belonging to large cherries. While in the cherimoya flower forest, the branches swayed in the wind, cherry blossoms bloomed on the branches, and danced gracefully. This area of cherimoya was originally formed by the flowering of 600 acres from the previous year, and this year it has concentrated blooming and good growth. It is introduced that this year's cherimoya flower opening rate reached more than 90% of the base.

Meanwhile, at the Guifluent Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. base in Guizhou, the 8 large sheds' cherimoya also entered its flowering season, with pure white flowers hanging on the branches, and the fragrant blossoms permeated the entire shed, attracting the workers in the base to take photos and linger during their lunch break.

Since 2013, Lizhi Dajian Park has developed planting 30,000 acres of cherries, of which 18,000 acres are cherimoyas, in order to better develop the cherry industry, improve cherry cultivation and management techniques, and fill the gap in cherimoya cultivation technology. In 2018, the Dalian and Sishan cities on the east and west sides of Liaoning Province launched a large cherry industry to help poverty alleviation project, which landed in Dajian Park, and introduced and established Guizhou Guifluent Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. to establish a variety and technology demonstration base.

In just over a month, the cherry blossoms on the branches will transform into plump, vibrant cherimoyas. Base manager Liu Baotong said: 'The yield is expected to be twice as much as last year, estimated at around 10,000 kilograms. A considerable yield.'

It is reported that the 2019 Lizhi Dajian Park Large Cherry Research and Demonstration Base facilities construction project and cherimoya technology improvement project benefited 571 households of registered poor households in Lizhi Special Zone, 2491 people, distributed dividends of 668,000 yuan, which made the project cover registered poor households with an average income of more than 1200 yuan, and let the poor households truly benefit.'
