Hefei Dabie Mountains: Good Landscaping - Recommendation for Non-Winter Visits
What are the fun places to visit in Hefei? The Dabie Mountains, though looking like a large slope, don't really resemble a mountain. But climbing it is quite high, and the landscaping is good. I recommend visiting during seasons other than winter. You can overlook Hefei from the top (though not a very panoramic view), perhaps because there's a similar hill behind my house, so I have a preconceived notion. Package Park mainly includes the Package Hall, Qingfeng Tower, and the Package Cemetery. Package Park, though located in three separate places, is quite spread out.
There are not many scenic spots with a large area, it looks like it has been renovated, but the historical heritage still remains. The Bin Lake Wetland Park is highly recommended, next to it is Lake Chao. The time was not right when I went, I don't quite know the time, you will see a lake full of green (algae). The wetland park is quite large and has a high vegetation coverage rate. The play areas inside are not exciting, it's very crowded with locals during holidays, but it's a good place to relax in the off-season. I couldn't figure out the final answer to the assignment just yesterday when my sister and I walked around together, among the sky and forests, there were two people.
If you plan to stay for a day, bring your own dry food. I went looking for a long time, except for sausages and noodles, the Battle of the Crossing of the River Memorial Hall is located next to Bin Lake Wetland Park, I haven't been there, but a classmate went and said it was quite good. I really like the architecture of the building. Purple Bamboo Mountain feels like a playground for locals, with a large Buddha statue carved into the mountain wall, which I really like, and also some amusement facilities. It's best to go in the spring. The Botanical Garden is a popular destination for locals' spring outings. The Spring and Flowers are very spectacular. The Anhui Provincial Museum New Exhibition Hall is highly recommended, I want to go to this place again and again. The environment may not be as good as Nanjing or Suzhou, but the collection is worth a visit. Sometimes you can encounter high school students who serve as free guides, which is quite good. This is basically everything I can recommend, since I haven't been there, I won't comment. The attractions are actually nothing special, many Hefei people don't think there's anything to do in Hefei.
Just like its geographical location, Hefei is neither special nor ordinary, its lack of distinctiveness is its biggest characteristic. It's difficult to experience the charm of the city in a short time. The local people's affectionate hospitality and the foreign tourists' stubborn prejudices have created a significant difference. In winter, I don't recommend visiting this city because of the smog, the large temperature difference, and the unpredictable weather, everything looks bleak.
