Above the Grand Canal: A Modern Cloud Villa – Grand Canal Life Experience Center
Some say West Lake is Hangzhou's face, and the Grand Canal is Hangzhou's inside. Compared to the coquettish and crowded West Lake, the quiet and flowing Grand Canal seems to carry more of Hangzhou's life's undertones.

As a connecting waterway fortress between north and south, the Grand Canal not only fosters prosperity but also offers 'a dwelling without carriages and horses' - a sense of serene time, as if undisturbed by human activity.
Therefore, the banks of the Grand Canal have long been prosperous residential areas.
The Grand Canal nourished the growth of generation after generation, and also deeply recorded the city's transformation through the course of history.

The yellowish light of the stone lanterns along the ancient Qinghua Street used to be, and is now, a dazzling array of thousands of lights, and the residential culture of the Grand Canal is constantly updated and iterated. The Grand Canal has always been a lingering emotion for the people of Hangzhou, which cannot be resolved even after years of accumulation.
They came from the Grand Canal, and they longed to return to the life along the Grand Canal one day.
Amidst this region that has absorbed imperial airs and gathered the essence of the people, the Yun Zhuang, with its Oriental Private Estate, innovative stacked villas, and river-view high-rise, presents a graceful, water-like, and serene landscape. Stepping into the Life Experience Center's entrance hall, the solid material composition guides the entrance, imbuing it with a sense of peace.
White-lacquered plywood mirrors a 'floating lotus breaking through the ruins, reflecting mountain shadows; when small boats return, the sound of grass can be heard' - a scene of leisurely tranquility. Light streams down from the undulating stainless steel of the ceiling, frozen in art installations of water droplets and ripples, inviting visitors to reside with nature and blend seamlessly with the environment.
From the entrance hall to the conference area, the sand model is placed in the space, and the entire sand model area has concise lines and layers, highlighting the distinctive characteristics of the various residential forms along the Grand Canal. It is brief and to the point.
The conference area is spacious and comfortable, with bright lighting. The Italian Grey Marble floor extends from the entrance hall. The wall panels use Bulgarian Grey Shale, with clear patterns and a calm, slightly lively atmosphere.
Different seating configurations and field distributions provide a variety of options for different people. The bar on the side, like a mirage, temporarily lets people put aside their fatigue and immerse themselves in it.
The elevator entrance uses undulating stainless steel, reminiscent of the Grand Canal, winding and flowing. 'River ' painted surface overlaps and interweaves throughout the entire sales center, a unique masterpiece.
The VIP signing room is more elegant, with wooden panel walls that are self-contained and silent. The artistic resin panel paints the layered water '' on the space, continuing the spirit of the Grand Canal as its axis.
The geometric cube wall panel occupies the space on one side of the staircase, and light streams along the recessed block, conveying a sense of historical depth. This is where light and space create a work of art.
The underground level is mainly for the fitness center, with the meeting room and cleaning room on both ends of the floor. The lines on the staircase now transform into regular wooden panels, and the lights become more organized. The resin plate behind the reception desk is soft and meticulous, and it creates a special texture for the space. The elevator entrance is also pieced together with resin plates, softening the light and enhancing the theme of the space.
The pool wall, using modern techniques, interprets the Jiangnan mountains and rivers. The ceiling is starry, and it's fun. The rest area uses Bulgarian Grey Shale, reflecting the light in the space, and is transparent and light.
The fitness room has a large area of wood grain, which makes it full of natural atmosphere. The changing room uses warm grey, and the combination of marble and wood is elegant and low-key.
The Grand Canal has a rhythm, and Yun Zhuang has a realm.
Yun Zhuang responds to the respect for natural resources, reflects the architectural form and lifestyle along the Grand Canal, and integrates the thousand-year-old cultural tradition, creating a tranquil and elegant residence for urbanites with an oriental atmosphere.
